Dance Ambassador Program
Applications for the 2026-2027 Ambassador Team will be open June 25 to July 25!
Be a KT Dance Ambassador!
Are you a dancer between the ages of 7 and 18 and passionate about dance? Come join the KT Photography Dance Ambassador Team and meet new friends, represent your dance studio, participate in styled dance photo shoots, and earn credits towards your own discounted or free artistic dance photo session!
The mission of this program is to provide safe and age appropriate dance portraits and help promote the dance photography of KT Photography.
As a KT Ambassadors we will help you become comfortable in front of a camera and build your self confidence! We are looking for dancers that are friendly and outgoing, encouraging of your fellow ambassadors, and a good representative of your dance studio and the KT Photography brand.
You must have an Instagram account, a private or parent run account is okay. You must commit to sharing your dance images 3 times during your time as an ambassador, engage on social media with KT Photography and your teammates, and generally promote the KT Photography brand on social media.
Dancers must have a minimum of 1 year of ballet training and be at least 7 years old by September 1, 2026. We will have 3 teams of Ambassadors for 2026-2027:

During your time as an ambassador, you are required to book an Artistic Session starring just YOU. You can get a discounted session or even free by referring your friends to KT Photography for their own sessions. This includes the high resolution digital images, outfit changes, and a special promotion on the KT Photography social media. Your Artistic Session must be completed between January 1 & June 30, 2027.
You'll also be eligible for discounted special sessions, such as Light painting, Color powder, and Rain sessions throughout the year. (These sessions do not count as your solo artistic session.)
When you refer your friends who book a session, you'll get 20% off your artistic session for each friend! And new this year, your friend will also get 20% off a session!
You will be required to attend a minimum of 2 group photo shoots (you can attend more than 2!). You will receive FREE images from all shoots you attend.
Each group shoot will have a different theme! One of the best parts of these opportunities is being able to express yourself as a dancer outside of the dance studio. When the art of dance is combined with the art of photography, as beautiful new art medium is created. You as a dancer bring your own style, knowledge and technique, and I as a photographer bring my own style and photography knowledge and together we create a new art medium -Dance Portraits!
You are always welcome to work with other photographers during your term as an ambassador. You are welcome to be ambassadors, spokesmodels and representatives for other brands but if you are an ambassador for another photographer, you will need to get their permission to be on this team.
How to Apply!
Dancers will be asked to submit 4 pictures of themselves. Three photos that show their (1) technique, (2) flexibility, and (3) creativity as a dancer! Make sure to show different poses in the 3 photos. You will also be asked to include a headshot.
It is recommended that you consult with your dance instructor when selecting your application photos.
Fees
If you are accepted, there will be a $150 fee, which will cover the cost of items needed for group shoots & your Ambassador welcome package!
The cost of artistic sessions can be found here. You can earn discounts on your artistic sessions by getting friends & family to book sessions with KT Photography!
