You have been selected to be a KT Ambassador!  

 

Please make sure to read all the way through this email as there is an agreement to sign at the end.

My name is Katie, and I am the owner of KT Photography in Aiken, SC.  I have been working as a photographer for about 10 years.  I got started with photography because I wanted to take pictures of my own children, who danced competitively for many years.  Now I enjoy sharing my love of dance photography with dancers from all over the southeast!

 

All ambassadors are required to pay a $125 deposit.  This covers our costs and includes your welcome packet that you’ll receive at our Meet & Greet.

Meet & Greet

We will have a meet & greet at my studio (156 University Pkwy, Suite 101, Aiken SC) on Sunday, August 24, 2025

Juniors: 2-3:15PM

Seniors: 3:30-5PM

Teens: 5:30-7PM

During this time, you’ll take a headshot and one dance pose/action shot.  You’ll get a chance to meet others on your team and pick up your KT Ambassador merch!  

 

If you can’t make the meet & greet or need to come at a different time on that day, contact me directly and we'll make arrangements. 

 

For your headshot – you can wear whatever you like, feel free to glam it up!  Teen photos will be taken on a royal blue backdrop if that helps you plan your outfit.

 

Please wear black dancewear (sports bra, leggings or dance shorts) for your dance photo.  You’ll receive your KT Ambassador tank top to wear with this for your pictures.

 

Group Sessions:

The team is divided into Junior (grades 2-5), Teen (grades 6-8) and Senior (grades 9-12) teams.  Girls on each team will be invited to sign up for group photo shoots.  You are required to attend at least 2 group photo shoots.  Once everyone has signed up, you can add on additional shoots if there is room.  You’ll receive free images from those group photo shoots to post.  

There is no additional charge for these group photo shoots.  In exchange, girls (or parents) are asked to post images from those shoots on their social media accounts, tagging KT Photography and using the hashtag #ktambassador.  High resolution images from these sessions will be available to you after you have paid for your solo session.

 

The schedule for group shoots will be sent next week via email.

Individual Artistic Sessions:

 

Junior Ambassadors are to book one 45 minute solo session.  The cost will be $175 for this session.  Invoices will be sent in mid-December with a due date of February 1st.

Teen Ambassadors are to book one 60 minute solo session.  The cost will be $200 for this session.  Invoices will be sent in mid-December with a due date of February 1st.

 

Senior Ambassadors are to book one 90 minute solo session.  The cost will be $275 for this session.  Invoices will be sent in mid-December with a due date of February 1st.

Individual sessions should take place between February 15 & June 30, 2026, and can be booked using my online calendar.  Location will be a discussion between photographer and client.  We are always open to new ideas and traveling!  You’ll receive all edited photos and can pick which ones are posted for your spotlight post.  Parents will be asked to write a bio of their dancer for their spotlight post.

You can get a discount on your individual session by getting friends to book sessions with me!  You’ll get 20% off for every referral booked.  Get 5 referrals and you’ll get your session for free!  You can also book special sessions such as powder, rain, or family & senior sessions and use those as self-referrals.

 

For those of you that live farther away, I can schedule special sessions while you are in town to maximize your time!

Notes: 

Before you sign your ambassador agreement, please make sure you are not violating any exclusivity agreements you’ve signed for other brands or photographers.  

 

Forms must be signed by a parent.
